By Our Own Hands

My need to Garden and grow our own food continues in much the same sporadic fashion as it ever has. The help and donation of friends always helps to keep me on the route. Thanks to Will and to Sarah for the donation of "extra" plants, and the focus and direction.

This is the meal we had this summer by our own hands, the only thing we didn't produce ourselves was the milk to make the butter and the flour to make the crumble.

We grew, churned and made merry.

Potato and Onion and Garlic Pan fried, with eggs from our generous four.

Butter churned within a jam jar, and a snazzy little shake.
